Welcome to Cowboy Church! We meet every Sunday morning at 10:00 at the Church Property in Austin and would love to have you join us.

Come as you are; everyone is welcome. Casual attire, hats and boots are the norm. Cowboy music and message, cowboy fun. There is usually children's church for the young'ens.

Our pastor Shane Kier, and his wife Amanda, began the Rodeo Bible Camps about 20+ years ago and have been overseeing them ever since. Shane helped start the church as well in 2010, and became the pastor in 2014.

Building Project:

As the gathering of cowboys seeking to learn more about God has grown, we have out-grown the make-shift ‘chapel’ at Kier’s place which consisted of a Cover-all building with an assortment of temporary improvements.

God provided a temporary facility for the growing group at the Delta Sales Yard, thanks to Dan Varner’s generosity. It was a blessing, and allowed the church to continue moving forward.

During the two years of meeting at the Sale Barn, we set aside money to go towards the group’s own facility. God has provided WAY above what we could imagine! In 2019 we purchased 24 acres near Austin and are in the process of building the facilities. The rodeo arena is complete, 26 stalls are up, more arenas and corrals are being assembled, and the church building is mostly done.

After 2 years of utilizing the field by holding drive-up church complete with a semi flatbed trailer for the stage and a radio transmitter broadcasting the service right into the parked cars, we are excited to now be meeting in our own chapel complete with classrooms. We now are able to hold Rodeo Bible Camp at the same location as the church!

Still lots of loose ends to tie up, and many more projects waiting to be started, but God is faithful and has provided all we need. Exciting progress.
